Updates & Support

  • You can get support for all the plugins handled by us as long as your subscription is active.

For free plugins, support is handled through the WordPress.org support forum, where you can post questions and receive community-driven support. Please note that response times on the forum may vary.

  • Premium support is available for users with an active subscription. We aim to resolve all issues within 24 hours.
  • We do not provide support for third-party plugins such as The Events Calendar (by Stellar WP), Loco Translate, Elementor, Divi, or Polylang.

While we create addons that extend the functionality of these plugins. If you encounter issues with these plugins, please visit their official support channels.

  • Automatic updates are available only when your license key is active. Once the license expires, you will no longer receive updates automatically.

If you purchased the plugin through Envato, please note that you will receive automatic updates and support as long as your subscription is active. After the subscription expires, you will still have access to the plugin zip file but will need to manually update the plugin. Support will no longer be available after the subscription ends.

  • We do not provide customization services as part of our support. If you require specific modifications, you are welcome to hire our developers. Custom development will include additional charges.
